PPG Aerospace® PR-1764 Class B Black Electrically Conductive Sealant
Don’t leave your aircraft’s sensitive electrical components exposed to the elements. Provide a strong layer of protection with the use of PPG PRC-DeSoto PR-1764 Class B black electrically conductive sealant. In addition to providing a protective layer to electronics, this sealant maintains electrical continuity and provides exceptional long-term EMI and RMI production. It also works to inhibit corrosion on aluminum alloys and between dissimilar metals by withstanding the effects of aviation gasoline and jet fuel. PR-1764 is made up of a two-part, nickel-filled, manganese dioxide-cured Permapol® P-3 polythioether compound.

PPG Aerospace® PR-2200 Class B Electrically Conductive Sealant
PPG Aerospace® PR-2200 Class B is an electrically conductive rapid cure, corrosion inhibitive sealant. It has a service temperature range from -67°F (-55°C) to (250°F) (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 360°F (182°C). The cured sealant provides excellent electrical conductivity and EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness. This material acts as an barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The cured sealant is resistant to exposure to both jet fuel and aviation ga
