ALSEAL 610 TOPCOAT TOUCH-UP

Alseal 610 is a high temperature air dry coating for use as a touch up for Alseal 598 sealer where scratches or abraded areas in the sealer result from assembly of components. It is used to protect and seal the underlying base coat (Alseal 518) in these areas. Surface Preparation The areas to be touched up should be thoroughly degreased using a degreasing solvent such as alcohol or methyl ethyl ketone. It is important that the degreasing solvent used does not leave a residue. Application Mix thoroughly before use. Alseal 610 can be applied by brush or spray. An artist air brush is suggested. Since areas to be touched up will usually be small, an artist paint brush may also be used. Material should be applied in a thin coat to avoid excessive build up and insure a smooth touch up area. Clean Up Clean equipment with hot water immediately after use. If coating dries on equipment an alkali water solution may be necessary to remove coating.
