 SAE AS5272E. The new approvals are for Everlube® K-G FA to SAE AS5272E, Type I, and Everlube® K-G RA to SAE AS5272E, Type II. Everlube® K-G FA is a re-branding of Kal-Gard FA and Everlube® K-G RA is a re-branding of Kal-Gard RA. The re-branding was necessary due to ownership of the Kal-Gard mark in Europe. The products are now officially listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL). The addition of the two new products brings the company’s total number of qualified products to ten.SAE AS5272E Type I products include: Everlube® 620C (lead-free), Kal-Gard® FA, Lube-Lok® 5306, and Everlube® K-G FA. Type II products include: Ecoalube® 642, Ecoalube® 643 (lead-free), Kal-Gard® RA, Lube-Lok 2109, and Everlube® K-G RA. Type III products include: Everlube 9002 (lead-free and low VOC).
