LOX-8 Full Density Thread Seal Tape

Fluoramics’ LOX-8 Full Density Thread Seal Tapes are approved for oxygen service to the following specifications:

• Steady-state oxygen service temperature limit per ASTM G63 equals 372° C or 701° F.

• Steady-state oxygen service pressure limit per ISO 21010 equals ≤ 345 bar (≤ 5004 psig).

Description

LOX-8 Full Density Thread Seal Tape is a multi-purpose pipe sealing tape for sealing threads and preventing leaks. It is suitable for sealing threaded connections in multiple environments, is oxygen-approved, and colored green to designate suitability for use on oxygen connections. May be used alone or with with Fluoramics’ pipe thread sealants.
