Product Information
Ardrox 2330 AAis a mixture of solvents, activators and corrosion inhibitors. It consists of two layers, the upper layer being an oil seal which minimizes evaporation of the solvents in the lower, active paint removing layer. Ardrox 2330 contains no pyrrolidone, chlorinated solvents, phenolic compounds or heavy metals.
Ardrox 2330 AAcontains no pyrrolidone, chlorinated solvents, phenolic compounds or heavy metals. Ardrox 2330 will remove a wide range of paint schemes including stove acrylics, epoxies, polyurethanes and phenolics. It will also remove carbon or carbonaceous deposits, polymerized gum and lacquer deposits.
Processes:
Immersion - Immerse dry components to be stripped in Ardrox 2330 in the lower layer until paint or carbon deposits have become fully softened or detached.
Drain - Drain components (over Ardrox 2330 tank) for approximately one minute.
Immersion ° Immersion of components in a suitable Ardrox cleaner at recommended parameters to remove residues from the paint removal process.
Pressure Rinse - Pressure rinse components. The use of an Air/Water Gun or high pressure water rig is recommended.
Dry - Dry components thoroughly using compressed air (or an air recirculation oven at40-80 °C / 140-176 °F).
