Alseal 360
ALSEAL 360是一种高温涂料组合物，含有无机粘合剂中的石墨混合物。这种涂层会

ALSEAL 360 is a high temperature coating composition containing a graphite blend in an inorganic binder. This coating will
air dry and is used to protect mating parts from seizing and galling at temperatures up to 1200°F.
Application
Apply to a degreased and 120 to 150 mesh aluminum oxide grit blasted surface that is clean and free of contaminates. Can
be applied by spray, dip, or brush.
Cure
Allow to air dry for at least 8 hours before putting into use. Cure can be accelerated by air drying for 20 minutes, then curing
at 500°F. for 30 minutes.
Removal of Coating
If it should be necessary to remove the cured coating, it can be stripped by grit blasting or immersing in a hot (approximately
150°F. ) caustic soda solution. Care should be taken when using a caustic solution to protect eyes and skin. (See MSDS.)
Precautions
Contains powders dispersed in alkali metal silicate solution.
Warning: Alkali material causes irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing, wash thoroughly after handling.
Wash contaminated clothing before re-use.
First Aid: In case of eye contact-immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult physician. For
skin contact-flush with water.
Spillage: Mop up with water and dispose of in accordance with Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations.
Note: Since this coating may be used by various specifying agencies, there may be reasons for deviation from the procedures
outlined herein. In all cases, the specification of the specifying agency should be strictly and completely followed and take
precedence over any other application data.
