 TIOLUBE 29 TIOLUBE 29: is an extreme environment high temperature solid film lubricant. It can be used in hard vacuum, radiation, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen. TIOLUBE 29: is recommended for use on fasteners, sleeve bearings, rocket engine hot gas valves, jet engine shafts, bushings, etc. TIOLUBE 29: is also resistant to most organic solvents, skydrol, oils and degreasers. This lubricant may be applied on all metals by spraying, dipping, or brushing. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES Operating Temperature Range: -400ºF to 850F Flash Point: None (water based) Color: Dark Gray Shelf Life: Six (6) Months Recommended Dilution: None, use as is Lubricative Pigment: MoS2 Vehicle Type: Sodium Silicate Wear Life: One hour on Falex at 1000 lb jaw load Vacuum or Space Compatibility: Weight loss negligible after exposure to a vacuum of 1.0x10-12 mm Hg Thinner: Water Bake Schedule: Air dry 15 Minutes between Coats then: Bake Two (2) hours at 150ºF Plus two (2) hours at 400ºF NOTE: Tiolube 29 meets the requirements of Mil-L-81329, NATO Code S-17
